I support babies and families by gently helping newborn nervous systems release tension from pregnancy and birth so babies can settle, feed and sleep with greater ease.
My Mission
To support babies and families by gently helping the nervous system settle, regulate and move back toward balance.
I believe that when we support the body early in life, we create the foundations for greater ease, comfort and wellbeing as children grow.
My Why
Birth and early life can be a big experience for a tiny body.
During pregnancy, birth and the early weeks of life, babies can accumulate tension and stress patterns within their bodies and nervous systems. Sometimes this shows up as unsettled behaviour, feeding challenges, sleep difficulties or general discomfort.
Many parents are told that these struggles are simply something they need to wait for their baby to grow out of. But often the body is simply asking for a little support.
Through gentle craniosacral therapy, I help babies release tension patterns and support their nervous system so they can settle more easily and move through early development with greater comfort.
Supporting families during this precious stage of life is deeply meaningful work, because small changes early on can make a profound difference.
My Vision
To provide a calm, welcoming and non-judgmental space where babies and their families feel supported, heard and cared for.
My vision is to help parents understand that their baby’s body and nervous system are always communicating, and that gentle, respectful support can help restore balance and ease.
My Values
- Creating a safe, calm and supportive environment for babies and their families
- Being present, attentive and respectful with every client
- Listening carefully to parents’ concerns and experiences
- Practising with gentleness, patience and empathy
- Communicating clearly so families feel informed and supported
- Continuing to learn and deepen my understanding of paediatric craniosacral therapy and the nervous system
- Recognising my professional limits and referring when appropriate
My How
I take the time to listen carefully to parents and observe each baby as an individual.
Every session is guided by what the baby’s body and nervous system are communicating in that moment. Treatment is always gentle, responsive and tailored to the needs of the baby.
I remain committed to ongoing education and research, particularly in paediatric craniosacral therapy and nervous system regulation, so I can provide the highest level of care and support to the families who trust me with their babies.
What I Believe
I believe that babies are incredibly wise and that their bodies are always communicating with us.
During pregnancy, birth and early life, babies experience many physical and sensory events. Sometimes these experiences can create tension patterns within the body or overwhelm the nervous system. When this happens, babies may communicate through unsettled behaviour, feeding challenges, difficulty sleeping or general discomfort.
Rather than seeing these responses as problems to be fixed, I see them as the body’s way of asking for support.
I believe that when we listen carefully to what a baby’s body and nervous system are expressing, and respond with gentle, respectful care, the body often knows exactly how to find its way back to balance.
Craniosacral therapy offers a calm and supportive space for this process to unfold.
My role is simply to listen with my hands, support the nervous system and allow the baby’s body to release what it no longer needs to hold.
