Supporting the nervous system, especially in newborns, infants and children, is the part of my work that I find most meaningful.

Over the past two decades I have worked hands-on with hundreds of clients, but my practice has increasingly focused on craniosacral therapy, particularly paediatric craniosacral therapy. This gentle, highly specialised therapy works with the body’s nervous system and natural healing mechanisms to support regulation, ease tension patterns and help the body move back towards balance.

I completed my first Craniosacral Therapy training with the Upledger Institute in February 2021, and since then have continued to deepen my studies. This has included travelling to the United Kingdom to complete specialised paediatric craniosacral therapy training, allowing me to work more confidently and effectively with babies, children and families.

Working with babies and children requires a very gentle and responsive approach. Their bodies are still developing and their nervous systems are highly sensitive to the experiences they move through. From birth and feeding challenges to developmental transitions and physical tension patterns. Craniosacral therapy offers a subtle way to support their system and help them settle, regulate and grow with greater ease.

While many clients still come to see me for craniosacral therapy as adults, my passion increasingly lies in supporting the earliest stages of life, when small changes can have a profound long-term impact on wellbeing.

My career in hands-on therapy began in 2002 when I graduated from Nature Care College in Sydney as a Remedial Massage Therapist. Early in my career I worked closely alongside two highly experienced physiotherapists, which sparked a deep fascination with anatomy, biomechanics and the body’s remarkable capacity to heal.

Over time my work naturally evolved from focusing primarily on the musculoskeletal system to becoming increasingly interested in the role of the nervous system in health, stress, pain and recovery. Craniosacral therapy became a natural extension of that curiosity and has now become the core of my practice.

Each session is tailored to the individual in front of me. Whether working with a newborn baby, a growing child or an adult, my intention is always the same:
to provide a calm, attentive space where the body can settle, release what it no longer needs to hold, and move back toward a more balanced state.

I continue to undertake ongoing professional training and development, including studies with the Upledger Institute.
